Remote Workers Increase Cyber Risk

The recent Nationwide survey into the state of cyber security in SME businesses has found that remote employees are one of the biggest cyber security risks for small and medium sized enterprises.

It was also found that less than 50% of SME companies annually review their remote user policies.

When employees are accessing information systems and networks remotely, businesses should implement additional security measures and implement comprehensive remote user protocols to protect their information technology.
